🏛️ The Founding of Oasis: A City of Peace, Pixels, and Precaution
In the early days of Channel 2—before the chunkloaders, before the megastructures, before the lava flows of “urban redevelopment”—MoNoLidThZ stood atop a cherry-blossom-draped cliffside, shaders shimmering and Distant Horizons pushed beyond what any ThinkPad should endure.
What lay before him was a sight so breathtaking, even a Warden would pause its screech:
🌸 Gentle cherry groves.
🌊 Crystal-blue waters stretching into the Gulf.
🏔️ Rolling hills with terrain smoother than a fortune-teller’s sales pitch.
This was no place for griefers.
No place for floating dirt scaffolds.
No place for cobblestone spaghetti highways.
It was paradise.
And so, the Royal Decree officially proclaimed the region as the first Special Administrative Region (SAR) of Art3mis. Thus, the City of Oasis was born.

✅ Royal Builders Only:
Only the Royal Decree members or authorized citizens may terraform, construct, or deface anything within the protected SAR.
✅ Scenic Protection Laws:
All construction must complement the environment. Floating eyesores will be vaporized with admin commands.
✅ Underground Walkways Preferred:
No overpasses. No dirt zigzags. All transportation must be beautiful, discreet, or stylishly submerged.
✅ Membership Has Its Privileges:
Join the Oasis, and gain access to its shared farmlands, XP farms, trading halls, and the prestigious SakuraLand diplomatic line.

To ensure regional security and prevent internal griefing, Oasis founding members established NOTO—a voluntary defensive and mutual non-griefing pact among Oasis landowners and neighbors.
Signed by trusted settlers and Royal Decree agents alike, NOTO enforces:
🤝 Reciprocal No-Griefing Clause:
If you're in NOTO, your claim is sacred. Even if someone finds your melon stash—they can't touch it.
🧱 Resource Sharing & Development Rights:
Members can use communal areas, donate to public works, or participate in regional megaprojects like the Oasis Rail and Sakura Expansion Lines.
🌐 WorldGuard Border Sovereignty:
Each member’s plot is protected by region-level access rights. Even if someone wanted to mess with your stuff—they legally (and literally) can’t.
⚠️ Violation of NOTO will result in a public trial in The Lodge™, where offenders are sentenced to 3 nights of phantom insomnia or being dunked in the Pool of Shame™ (a decorative copper tub in front of City Hall).

Yes, Project Art3mis is an anarchy server.
But even in chaos, some places deserve civility.
Even in a world of lava-casts and land thefts, Oasis is the eye of the storm—a flower in the dirt, protected by rule of law (and a lot of YAML files).
So whether you're a returning vet, a lone wanderer, or a post-ironic melon capitalist, Oasis welcomes you.
Just don't bring dirt bridges.
