You’ve just thought the one thought we least want to hear.
You think administration is power.
You think it's command blocks, creative mode, and muting players who type in all caps.
You think you can do better.
Good. That means the simulation is working. But understand this:
Adminship isn’t power. It’s bloodletting.
And this document is your sobering dose of reality.
🧬 We Are Not Recruiting — Here's Why
This isn’t a democracy.
This isn’t a job fair.
This isn’t a Discord server looking for “helpers.”
This is Art3mis, a loosely-governed multichannel survival simulation—
where every decision echoes across SSD-backed terrain, where the difference between rollback and ruin is measured in milliseconds, and where our only currency is trust.
Do you have any?
Because we don’t hand it out like Elytras at spawn.
🧩 The Unofficial Prerequisites
If you were to be considered (and you’re not), you would have to:
- Speak functional Thai — including, but not limited to, decoding battlefield-grade obscenities like “พ่อมึงตาย” without blinking.
- Possess advanced Minecraft systems knowledge — not just redstone, but server architecture, plugin configs, and how to fix the things others break.
- Show flawless emotional restraint, even when faced with:
- 14-year-olds claiming grief is “just PvP”
- VPN kids testing /msg spam macros at 3AM
- Califrog placing a lava sphere with WorldEdit… again.
- Have at least 4 vouches from OG players, signed in blood (or dirt blocks).
- Hold minimum 4 weeks active playtime (not just AFK farming sugarcane).
- Beat jametheapple in PvP, no cheats, no pearls, no whining.
- Maintain the illusion of authority while knowing that control is a mirage.
