Title: Recognition of Distinguished Players Under the "OG Rank" Protocol

§1 – Purpose and Scope
This document establishes the criteria, privileges, and designations for the “OG Rank” within the Art3mis Minecraft Server, codifying the honorary status granted to long-standing, community-committed players who have demonstrated exceptional persistence, constructive contributions, and loyalty to the governance model established by the Royal Decree.
The OG Rank is conferred as a formal recognition of merit. It serves both as a symbolic title and a functional permission tier within the server’s hierarchy. This designation is distinct from conventional staff or administrative roles, though certain staff may hold the title concurrently under the provisions detailed in §5.
§2 – Definition of OG Rank
The “OG Rank” is a player status awarded by server administration to individuals who meet the following characteristics:
- Have endured the hardships of survival in Art3mis and contributed meaningfully to its socio-economic or infrastructural growth;
- Have maintained active and sustained play over a demonstrable period;
- Have not committed acts contrary to the server’s public order (e.g., domestic griefing, unauthorized sabotage, or persistent violation of land-use protocols).
There are two subtypes of OG Rank:
- Standard OG User: A non-staff player who has met the eligibility conditions outlined in §3.
- Staff OG: A staff member or moderator who retains the OG designation for parity with community members while possessing elevated backend privileges (see §5).
§3 – Eligibility Criteria
A player may be considered for OG Rank upon satisfying all of the following conditions:
- Minimum Playtime: 4 days and 20 hours (measured cumulatively), reflecting a player who has survived the server’s initial high-churn entry phase.
- Activity Index Score: Greater than 3.5, reflecting consistent engagement (logins, movement between chunks, economic or technical interaction).
- Oath of Allegiance: Informal or formal recognition of loyalty to the Royal Decree, and a record free of infractions related to community trust or public assets.
OG Rank is not an automatic entitlement; it is granted at the discretion of the administration, with input from community leadership when applicable.
§4 – Privileges of OG Rank
Players granted OG Rank shall receive the following in-game functional and social benefits:

| Warp Portal Proximity Permissions | Allows placement and destruction of blocks within protected areas adjacent to public warp portals. |
These privileges are considered semi-permanent but may be revoked under disciplinary proceedings or extended inactivity.
§5 – Staff OG Designation
Certain moderators or staff personnel may be publicly represented as OG-ranked players to maintain immersion, reduce perceived authority bias, or participate in the community as equals. These individuals are identified internally as Staff OGs but present externally with the [OG] prefix identical to Standard OG Users.
While their functional gameplay privileges are identical to those outlined in §4, Staff OGs retain elevated administrative capabilities accessible only through backend systems. Such distinctions shall not be exposed to ordinary players unless operationally necessary.
Example:
- GrasstationXYZ – A moderator with full backend access, publicly listed as
[OG] GrasstationXYZto maintain visual parity with player peers.
§6 – Recognized Holders of OG Rank
As of this document's most recent issuance, the following individuals are recognized as holders of the OG Rank:

Note: This list is not exhaustive. The Royal Decree reserves the right to update, expand, or revoke OG status at any time in accordance with server governance protocols.
§7 – Amendment and Oversight
This document is subject to future revisions as determined by the Royal Decree, in consultation with the Art3mis Council (where applicable). Appeals for OG Rank, as well as grievances regarding revocation, may be submitted via the proper Discord channels or through formal in-game signage.
