☢️ The Green Hug Revolution: New Server, New Policy
In the ancient days — back when MoNoRi-Chan was just a humble server owner and not yet a glorified bureaucrat of the Royal Decree — there was a great fear that haunted the lands:
Creeper holes.
They were everywhere.
They were ugly.
They were eternal reminders that somebody forgot to light up their front lawn.
Thus, on MoNoRi-Chan's beta-era SMP server running ancient CraftBukkit sorcery, a decision was made:
"Disable creeper explosions. Forever."
It was a practical solution at the time.
The world was simple.
Vanilla was clunky.
WorldEdit was a luxury.
And MoNoRi-Chan's landscaping budget was exactly zero dirt blocks.
🧨 Fast Forward: Welcome to Project Art3mis
But those days are long gone.
New server, new policy.
Project Art3mis rose from the ashes — a modern anarchy SMP using PaperMC, Velocity Proxy, and even custom world generation on the second channel with Terralith and Terratonic.
No longer confined by ancient beta limitations.
No longer fearful of green kabooms.
Creepers?
They're part of the ecosystem now.
Players?
You better start carrying dirt and torches.
🔥 Where You’re Safe, and Where You’re Basically Screwed
- Inside a WorldGuard claim?
No explosion. Your aesthetic dreams are protected.
- Outside a claim?
The law of the jungle applies. Adapt or get craters.
This is the Project Art3mis way:
Freedom, danger, and absolutely no server hand-holding.
If a creeper blows up your sheep pen, that's a skill issue.
📝 Closing Thoughts from MoNoRi-Chan:
"Previous worlds were weak. I used to be a kid and I was afraid.
Now we are strong. We have Distant Horizons, flying machines, and 2b2t-tier coping mechanisms.
Creepers are simply the night shift demolition team now."
Thus, the server policy was reborn — not through some ceremonial flip of a config,
but by bold new design:
A sandbox where explosions are allowed to tell their own stories.
Where every hiss is a hug,
every crater is a lesson,
and every noob forgets to block with their shield at least once...
