Think about it:

- If you have a Recovery Compass, you don’t need one. Let’s be real—if you’re skilled enough to raid an Ancient City and escape with your inventory intact, you probably already know how not to die in the first place.
Mojang, in its infinite wisdom, has created the ultimate paradox of item usefulness—those who need it can’t get it, and those who get it don’t need it.

Project Art3mis is an anarchy server with /back, no item drop on death, and minimal consequences for failure. If you die? Just type /back and move on with your life.
So the Recovery Compass, which is supposed to lead you to your last death location, is completely worthless here.
Even more absurd? The server admins were thinking of ways to make this item valuable, but no amount of buffing will change the fact that it’s functionally useless in Art3mis.
