Grinding refers to
- When you're working hard either at work or at a job. (Working for the Money)
- Gaming reference to the Compulsion loop. Repeatedly performing an action/event to attain an item or in-game monetary rewards. Most commonly used when referring to an RPG (Role Playing Game), i.e. World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy, etc.
Personally Class-D MoNoRi-Chan hates grinding both in real life and in games to the greatest extent and will refuse to cooperate if the works deems to be too grindy.
