Governments are keeping us Poor

• the reason is because our government intentionally keeps poor communities poor and used every opportunity they had to uplift the people who live in these communities to instead divide them and ruin them, creating generational poverty. The government intentionally insures unemployment never falls below a certain number so there will always be a population with no chance to rise up (unless they are desperate enough to join the military, another fringe benefit) because an unemployment rate that is too low results in us being offered higher wages and since our entire economy is a debt balancing act the companies can't actually afford to pay such wages for long, so they are forced to raise the price of their products and services to insure their stock keeps going up, this cannot occur forever, so the government throws the lever to increase the cost to borrow, making borrowing from the government more profitable than most other investments, raising home costs, rent and everything else that goes with it until companies cut positions and things return to "normal". Another thing this ensures is a fresh supply of prison labor for the private prisons our congressmen are invested in and accept lobbying for.
• Because their inept parents never taught them the basics of common decency. Substance abuse doesn't excuse you from harming other people. My empathy goes out the window the nanosecond somebody hurts another man. At that point, it's time for accountability, they can get their necessary treatment while incarcerated.
