It is a weapon that was introduced in later episodes of Gmod Idiot Box given to MoNoRi-Chan by Dr. Hax when he was retired. MoNoRi-Chan resized it to a handheld size and used it during his times as admin in various Garry's mod servers. While small but mighty and can bring rule breakers or cheater to a justice.
As a SWEP
MoNoRi-Chan or any admin can summon the weapon with the ULX command !banhammer command. The scripted weapon comes with a "sound of justice song", a 15 second sample from Blunt Shmokin' Super-er Song where it's being used as if the criminal is being brought to justice at ศาลไคฟง.
There's also another command available: !bmtb & lt;player> (stands for bring me that bitch) where target player is also being teleported in front of the caller, being frozen in place with banhammer given to command caller.
